This is a GREAT price, and it does come with the four pads and bell. The pads are two different sizes, but you can tell what goes on the elbows or knees. The bell is a nice addition, but we had a hard time putting it on the trike (it is too big for the handle bar and I need to fix that). My daughter is two and it fits her fine (she is average size). Most important is that it is princess and she loves anything princess so she is very happy to wear this and that is all that I want her to do. -- Great bike helmet

I liked this item, and gave it to my 3yr old daughter. I got the Toddler size which says would fit up to 5yr olds. The Helmet was fine, but the pads were too tight. Too small, she wore it for 30 mins and it left her a mark. She complained about it. So I will be buying her the bigger size. She is 36inches tall and is not a petite but she isnt a big kid. -- Too Small for my 3yr old.

I liked this product, fit's my 2 y/o very well and came with both the elbow and knee pads. And a cute little bike bell to boot - a great bargain at just $20. -- pretty in pink
