You will notice a lot of people saying they are missing the knee pads. This package only comes with one set of pads and you are to choose whether to use it on the knees or elbows. Yes, a little trickery, but what can you do.

Great fit, good price. My only wish is that it came with knee pads and elbow pads like some of the other safety packages (this package has one set of pads that can be used as knee pads or elbow pads). -- My Daughter loves it

I bought this set for my 5 year old daughter and she enjoys them everyday we go riding. Already there are scratches on her knee pads from her falls and my main concern was it was either the pads or her knees. They've done the job well. -- Great Safety

For the child who loves dora, these are great. The fact that they have Dora on them makes your child want to wear them. Protective gear is only effective if the child will actually put it on. I got them for a very young niece and they are probably a bit large, but the helmet adjusts and stays on her head. The quality is not spectacular, but the set is not designed for hard core protection, just the normal dangers associated with learning to ride a bike or scooter. I wouldn't send a child out on their own with this equipment but its perfect for around the house / yard. -- Its Dora
