This listing is for a pair of new, AXtion brand wheels for scooters, fits most kick scooters or anything else that uses a 100mm x 24mm (approx 4" x 1") wheel. These wheels are RED I also have BLUE, & GREEN sets available and what's really nice is these replacement sets include a pair of axles and 5mm wrenches. (note, the axle shafts are about 1.3" long, some scooters use a 1" shaft -- you can use washers on each side to adjust for that difference) These wheels have high quality 7-ball stainless steel ABEC-5 bearings with top quality lubricants
